Ava Katz
Ava completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia (UBC) with a specialization in Neuromechanical and Physiological Sciences. During her time there she volunteered as a research assistant in the Perception Action Lab in the Center for Brain Health examining the effects of concussive and sub-concussive injuries on female varsity athletes.
As a kinesiologist, Ava is passionate about creating personalized exercise programs to holistically improve health and wellness, support injury rehabilitation and empower her clients to live healthier lives. Ava is committed to expanding her knowledge base by keeping up with the latest research and continuously learning new treatment methods and techniques.
In her spare time, Ava enjoys hiking, weight-lifting and biking. She can also be found exploring new coffee shops throughout the lower mainland!
