(English/ 中文)
Shirley graduated from Vancouver Career College in 2024 and is passionate about supporting individuals’ overall well-being through therapeutic touch. She believes that massage therapy has a meaningful impact on people’s lives and can greatly benefit the local community.
In her clinical practice, Shirley treats patients with conditions such as plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, tendonitis, and various joint dysfunctions. She tailors each session to the patient’s specific needs and treatment goals, aiming to improve function, decrease pain, and enhance overall quality of life. By incorporating techniques such as joint mobilization, myofascial release, petrissage, and Swedish massage, she helps patients feel relaxed while regaining mobility and physical confidence in their daily activities.
Prior to pursuing massage therapy, Shirley earned a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Thompson Rivers University and built over 10 years of experience working in marketing and office administration. Through this experience, she gained a deep understanding of postural strain and the common neck, shoulder, and lower back discomfort that often comes from prolonged sitting. Her transition into massage therapy represents a meaningful career shift, fueled by her interest in therapeutic techniques and postural correction strategies.
Shirley welcomes new patients and is committed to providing compassionate, goal-oriented treatment to support their movement, comfort, and well-being.
