Denise Wong
Denise Wong was born and raised in Hong Kong, then moved to Canada to complete both her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Master of Science in Physical Therapy at McGill University.
Throughout her education, Denise has gained experience in treating a variety of conditions such as work and sport-related injuries and has also been involved in post-surgical rehabilitation. She utilizes manual therapy, the McKenzie method, the Mulligan concept, and the use of therapeutic taping.
Denise adheres to evidence-based practice as well as a patient-centered approach. She strongly believes in treatments that utilize a combination of education, manual therapy, and exercise to maximize patients’ recovery.
She is passionate about empowering patients to take control of their own rehabilitation and facilitate their return to meaningful activities.
Denise is an avid rock climber and was previously a member of the national Hong Kong climbing team. She continues to pursue greater heights both on and off the rock.
Denise is also fluent in Cantonese.
Denise has booking availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
