Direct Billing with Telus Health eClaims at Backs in Action Wellness Centre!

We are pleased to announce that we are now set up to do direct billing for Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and Counselling patients for the following companies and others! This means little or no money out of pocket for approved patients.

At this time, the portals we use allow direct billing to the following extended health insurance provider(s) on your behalf. We also work with out-of-province insurance companies when motor vehicle accidents occur in another province or when your coverage is outside of BC.

Chambers, CINUP, Cowan, Desjardins, First Canadian, GWL, Great West Life, GSC, Greenshield, Green Shield, IA, ICBC, Johnson, Johnston, Manulife, Maximum Benefit, Medavie, MBC, Medavie Blue Cross, MSP, PBC,, Pacific Blue Cross, SSQ, Sun Life, Sunlife, WSBC, Worksafe BC

So what does this mean for you?

  • Elimination of or Reduced out of pocket expenses
  • Ease and convenience of not having to process the claim yourself
  • A greener choice – All Claims are filed online

If you would like us to bill directly on your behalf, please let us know at the beginning of your visit and have your extended health insurance provider(s) wallet card with you. We will confirm whether or not your plan offers online billing.
