Evgeny Morozov, RMT
Evgeny, a Registered Massage Therapist, is a firm believer in the inseparable connection between body and mind. He uses specific techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release and many other therapeutic exercises.
Born in Russia, after finishing high school Evgeny came to Canada in 2008. After observing his mother and brother, who are both RMT’s, Evgeny decided it was the right career for him as he found the lifestyle associated with being an RMT very suitable and fulfilling.
Evgeny graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy receiving a diploma in December of 2011 from the College of Massage Therapy of British Columbia. Evgeny completed over 3000 hours of massage therapy education, far more than the current curriculum requirements. Evgeny is a member of the Massage Therapy Association of British Columbia which is a non-profit Association for Registered Massage Therapists. This association provides a large array of educational materials for RMT’s along with an extensive database which RMT’s utilize to further their careers.
Evgeny enjoys a wide variety of activities including camping, backpacking and travelling. He has been to Ecuador, Mexico and all over the U.S.A. He also likes to snowboard at local mountains; Grouse, Seymour and Cypress.
As a firm believer of the inseparable connection between body and mind, Evgeny’s focus is to help his patients achieve a perfect life balance. The latter is demonstrated through his interactive and intuitive approach to massage therapy, where his passion and dedication towards the well-being of his patients are positively reflected. Yet, Evgeny is passionate in staying on the cutting edge of personal training where his practical experience is a valuable addition to the interconnection of massage therapy and therapeutic exercises to benefit his patients.
